Collaborative Care integrates behavioral health treatment into primary care and other medical settings and has been shown to be more effective and cost-effective than usual care, across diverse practice settings and patient populations. Collaborative Care also improves physical and social functioning and patients’ quality of life while reducing overall healthcare costs.
The AIMS Center offers a range of services that support the development and implementation of Collaborative Care, an evidence-based integrated care model that brings high-quality mental health care to familiar settings.
